OEM and ODM Capability

OEM projects can start from existing LONGRICH platforms for branding, color, packaging and confirmed configuration changes. ODM projects can move deeper into industrial design, plug layout, grounding, compact architecture, USB-C power, tooling, testing and pilot production.

Engineering Areas That Matter

Plug Architecture

Pin geometry, locking, tolerances, multi-country plug layout and wall-socket stability.

Grounding & Safety

Protective-earth continuity, safety shutters, flame-retardant materials and product claims.

Power & Thermal

USB-C power delivery, PCB layout, thermal management and 20W/45W/70W product positioning.

Why Product Architecture Matters

Travel adapters combine plug mechanisms, AC power paths, USB charging electronics and safety features inside a compact enclosure. LONGRICH’s product direction emphasizes flatter proportions, efficient plug layouts, easier packing and better weight distribution rather than simply adding more ports.

For higher-power sourcing, review our 45W & 70W GaN OEM programs and manufacturing workflow.

COMMERCIAL DECISION GUIDE

What changes the real project minimum?

The confirmed entry quantity depends first on whether you select an existing platform and keep neutral packaging. Requirements beyond that confirmed path need project review before an MOQ is stated.

Project pathStarting quantityWhat to send for review

Existing model + logo + neutral packagingFrom 500 pcs per modelSelected model, logo artwork and neutral-pack requirements

OEM Travel Adapter MOQ FAQ

What is the MOQ for OEM travel adapters?

Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model. An existing model with your logo and neutral packaging can start from 500 pcs.

Can different travel adapter models be mixed in one order?

Yes. Models can be mixed, with a minimum of 500 pcs for each model.

How long do samples and mass production take?

In-stock product samples take about 3 days, excluding packaging. Mass production takes about 35 days for 1,000–5,000 pcs and about 40 days above 5,000 pcs.

Are samples free?

Samples are charged and freight is paid by the buyer. The sample fee is credited after a bulk order is placed.

Does a UL test report mean the product is UL Listed?

No. A UL-standard test report is not the same as UL Listed status. Documentation must be checked for the selected model and final configuration.
