What is the minimum order?
1,000 pcs per model as standard. For a first order, start from 500 pcs on an existing model with your logo and neutral packaging, or mix models at 500 pcs each.
How fast can I get a sample?
Stock samples ship in 3 days (no Sunday dispatch). Samples are charged and you pay freight; the sample fee is credited back on your bulk order.
How long does production take?
About 35 days for 1,000–5,000 pcs and about 40 days above 5,000 pcs. We confirm the exact date on your order.
What are the payment terms?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA?
We quote FOB. We apply FBA labels and carton marks, then deliver to your forwarder in China, who handles DDP delivery to your FBA warehouse.
Are your products UL certified?
Selected US models, including our US travel adapters and wall outlets, are tested to UL 62368-1 by independent third-party labs, and we share the reports for your compliance review. They are test reports, not UL Listing, so products don’t carry the UL mark.
Can you help cut returns?
Yes. We map 1–3 star reviews in your category to causes such as wall stability, heat or charging behavior, then check your sample against them.
Can you design the packaging?
Yes: manual and retail box with your logo. White-background photos are included; lifestyle and dimension images are quoted separately.
